Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 to 4 days to let you know your order is on the way!
Orders placed before 12pm during store working days Monday to Friday will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Many products have FREE DELIVERY, products that do not are typically bigger and require more cost. Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days using Royal Mail i.e. and can deliver time can vary between 1 to 3 business days depending postage selected, standard vs expedited. Standard shipping rates outside of the UK starts at £4.99 and applies to orders outside of the UK.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping within the UK for smaller parcels.
EU SHIPPING: We offer European Union shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Shipping rate starts out at £4.99 for EU shipping. Delivery can time vary between 2 to 11 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States. Shipping rate starts out at £4.99 for International Shipping. Delivery time can vary between 3 to 17 business days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HealthandGo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, Returns, and Replacements:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@healthandgo.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
